Milan Polymer Days International Congress - MIPOL2022

Dear Friends,

we are pleased to announce that the 6th edition of the Milan Polymer Days International congress, MIPOL2022, will take place in hybrid form from 19 - 21 June 2022 in Milan, Italy.

As it is well-known to all MIPOL friends, the Milan Polymer Days congresses are aimed to provide a forum in which scientific communication relating to all disciplines of polymer science and technology and to attract scientists with different backgrounds, both academic and industrial.

The activities of MIPOL2022 will start on June 19th with a virtual collective poster session and will continue on June 20-21 with the oral sessions, including keynote speeches, invited lectures and short oral communications, in the Auditorium of the University of Milan, via Festa del Perdono 7. The oral sessions will take place in person but will also be broadcast in live streaming. Participants who choose to participate in the conference remotely will be able to interact with the speakers.

After the success of the initiative in the two previous editions, we decided to re-propose a virtual poster session using a suitable virtual platform. The poster presenters will introduce the content of their poster communication orally, with the help of a slide show or of a PDF file, and will be involved in a discussion with the audience. Posters submitted by Young Scientists, that is, PhD students and post-doc fellows are eligible to participate, upon request, in the Poster Award competition. Posters will also be exhibited in the Auditorium during the following days for further discussion.

At the end of the congress, the winner of the Mario Malinconico Prize for the best master's degree thesis will be celebrated. In the next pages, you can find the list of the excellent members of the MIPOL2022 scientific committee, the keynote speakers, and the invited lecturers who have already accepted to give their contribution to the congress.

We will continue to provide all technical information on how to participate in the MIPOL2022 congress through this page, which will be constantly updated. For any queries, please do not hesitate to mail us at mipol@unimi.it.

We are sure that MIPOL2022 will recreate the warm atmosphere that characterized all MIPOL events. We count on your enthusiastic participation to make it a success!
